I was a WIX user and switched to Showit knowing absolutely nothing on how to use it so thank GOODNESS for her template which was so user friendly to design! I'm a boudoir photographer so I used it for that type of website, and it just looks so elegant and exactly what I was hoping for! HIGHLY Recommend purchasing it!

How do I access my digital templates after purchasing?
For Showit website templates: once you purchase the template, you'll immediately be sent a PDF with your share key included that can be added directly to your Showit account. It will automatically create the template for you to edit and fully customize (without having to use any code.)
For Canva templates: once you purchase the template, you'll immediately be sent a PDF with the Canva instructions to access your template.
Can I customize the templates with my own information and branding?
Absolutely! The templates are designed to be easily customizable. You can add your own text, images, and branding elements to make them uniquely yours. I provide instructions and guidelines to help you personalize the templates with ease. The copy within the guide templates are written as a starting point and you can use it as is, however, I do recommend going through each page to add your own personality.
Why do I need client photography welcome preparation guides?
Client photography welcome guides are an absolute game-changer! First and foremost, they elevate your client experience to a whole new level. Picture this: your clients receive a beautifully designed guide that walks them through the entire process, making them feel supported, informed, and excited about their upcoming session. Do I need any special software to edit the templates?
No software needed! You can edit with a 100% free Canva account. Within the purchased PDF, you'll receive instructions on how to easily use Canva.
If you are purchasing a Showit website template, it requires a Showit subscription to publish.
Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?
The templates are not for commercial use. All purchases are for PERSONAL use only.

As my products are digital downloads, I do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase or if you're not satisfied with the templates, please reach out to me, and I'll do my best to assist you and find a suitable solution.
